Is there any explanation of this pic? Is it alive or dead? How did it get up there? That isnt’ a power pole, is it from some sort of cable car?

According to jayfix on reddit:
when the lines are down due to a knockdown of a tree or maintenance on the power lines and they are dropped to the ground a moose approaches them for whatever reason moose do this type of thing and the line is then raised again and the moose’s antler has become entangled with the power line the moose is then elevated to this position as photographed. i have also seen mountain sheep photographed in this same position.

This actually happened in Alaska, it was in the Anchorage newspaper.
